Friends of the NSS Library (FOL) is an informal group of NSS members who are concerned about the future of the NSS Library. They are expressing that concern by presenting, to the NSS membership, information on this website about the NSS Library, on NSS BOG decisions, actions and dicussions, and by providing links to NSS member discussions on the NSS Discussion Board, and other links of interest. Friends of the Library encourages NSS members to explore the information provided on this website to help them decide if they agree with the direction that the NSS BOG is taking with respect to the future of the library. FOL also encourages NSS members to provide their input either directly to the NSS Board and officers or to the FOL Discussion group . Members can join the discussion group by sending an email to NSS-FOL discussion group Friends of the NSS Library is circulating a petition to express their concern about the future of the NSS Library to the BOG.
